Game prices are for a 15s game with one team’s players at standard speed (£40 to £50 in your free trial). Each game’s price depends on how many credits it uses. Work out yours under Billing in your account settings.

Unused credits carry forward while you keep renewing your Season Pass. If you cancel or don't renew, they expire when your paid plan ends.
Yes, any time, from the app. A Season Pass keeps working until the end of the year you've paid for. The Individual Plan keeps working until the end of the month you've paid for. You won't be charged again after that.
Your account moves onto the Individual Plan, unless you've chosen a Season Pass or cancelled. The first month is £31, then £62 a month + VAT. You can upgrade or cancel any time before your trial ends.
Yes. Choose a Season Pass in the app whenever you like. Your credits for the year arrive as soon as it's paid.
Yes. Every team in your account uses the same credits, so a first team and a second team can share one Season Pass.
