Club history
The club was founded in 1976 when a group of rugby enthusiasts met at the Ship in Oundle.
Founder members dismantled the old Tea room at Thorney Wildlife Park and transported it to Occupation Road to serve as the first clubhouse.
The club has been based at Occupation Road since its inception and shares the site with cricket bowls and tennis.
Many founder members played in the club's first cup match - a 137-0 loss to Kettering that still stands as the club record defeat.
The club won promotion from Midlands 4 East (South) in 2014.
Recent seasons
Won the Regional 1 South East championship in the 2024-25 season going unbeaten and winning all 22 matches with only a single point dropped across the entire campaign.
Lifted a Cup at Twickenham in 2024-25 to cap their historic unbeaten promotion season.
Finished as runners-up in the 2025-26 National League 2 East in their debut season at tier four just two points behind champions Bury St Edmunds.
Beat Oxford Harlequins 71-21 away on 14 March 2026 confirming Oxford Harlequins' relegation.
